    Our Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) lines are based on 3D technology, which enables precise inspection and measurement of the height dimension of devices on the PCB and provides clear side-view images of ICs and various devices.  This also allows for the detection of the most difficult defects, and a complete control on complex components like QFN.

 

    Both machines have been equipped with automatic loading-unloading systems which read a barcode previously printed on each single rack; in this way we guarantee a continuous and reliable operation and the full traceability of every production batch.
